I brought the Princess Cut 1 ctw Diamond Ring from Ultra Diamonds, The Vineyard Shopping Mail, Florida. The shop resized the ring which I picked up the day before coming home. When I got back to the hotel I noticed the Diamond was different from the one purchased, so first thing the following morning we went back to the shop. We spoke to the manager Chuck Tolfa whom examined the Diamond & instantly agreed, & said it was most probably mixed up with another ring when sent for resizing. He could not apolologise enough. He offered us refund or another ring but pointed out the Diamond was not of a very good quality or to get a better Diamond & Reset & Size it & send it to me. We decided to do this & two weeks to the day I received my Ring. Beautiful, so glad I trusted Ultra Diamonds. I can not praise Chuck Tolfa & staff enough, he replied to my emails straight away & was spot on with what he said. Totally recommend Ultra Diamonds.
